Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using Club You’s services. By accessing or using our website, mobile platform, or booking any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Overview
Club You is a party and event booking platform that delivers curated nightlife and entertainment experiences. Our services include party packages featuring bottle service, food, staff, security, and optional celebrity appearances.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old to use Club You’s services. By using the platform, you affirm that you meet this age requirement and are legally allowed to enter into this agreement.

3. Booking & Payments
• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Payments must be made in full upon booking unless otherwise agreed.
• Prices may vary based on package, location, and customization.
• A non-refundable deposit may be required for certain services.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Cancellations made 7+ days before the event may qualify for a partial refund (excluding deposit).
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.
• If an event must be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, a rescheduling or refund option will be offered.

5. Conduct and Responsibility
• All clients and guests must conduct themselves responsibly and respectfully.
• Club You reserves the right to remove any individual from an event for inappropriate behavior without refund.
• You are liable for any damages caused to property, staff, or other guests during the event.

6. Service Providers and Independent Contractors
• Bottle girls, chefs, DJs, security, and other professionals booked through Club You are independent contractors.
• Club You is not responsible for individual conduct but will take immediate action on valid complaints.

7. Liability Disclaimer
Club You and GeNi LLC are not liable for:
• Any personal injury or property damage during events
• Lost or stolen property
• Delays or cancellations caused by third-party vendors or natural events
Use of our service is at your own risk. We provide services “as is” and make no guarantees beyond what is expressly stated.

All content on our site or app, including logos, graphics, videos, and written content, is owned by GeNi LLC and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

BAR WARS Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Bar Wars by CLUB YOU (“Bar Wars,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By creating an account or accessing the platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. ELIGIBILITY
To use Bar Wars, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Create an accurate account
Agree to follow all competition rules
Agree to abide by sportsmanship and fair-play policies
Bars, teams, and captains must provide accurate information.
2. USER ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Players
Participate honestly
Follow gameplay rules
Respect other players, bars, and fans
Do not cheat, falsify scores, or misrepresent identity
B. Team Captains
Manage rosters and lineups
Submit match scores truthfully
Confirm or dispute results appropriately
Maintain sportsmanship and leadership
C. Bar Owners
Host matches and provide proper equipment
Ensure team compliance
Promote a safe environment
D. Fans/Guests
Engage respectfully
Follow venue rules
E. Admins
Have full authority to override scores, resolve disputes, enforce rules, and disqualify teams/players if necessary.
3. ACCEPTABLE USE
While using Bar Wars, you agree NOT to:
Harass, abuse, or threaten others
Upload harmful, deceptive, or illegal content
Attempt to cheat or manipulate match results
Interfere with gameplay or platform operations
Impersonate other players or staff
Reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service
Violation may result in account suspension or permanent ban.
4. MATCH RULES & RESULT SUBMISSION
All competitions follow the official Bar Wars rules.
Captains must submit accurate real-time scores.
Opposing captains must confirm results.
Disputes must be submitted promptly.
Admin decisions are final.
Bar Wars reserves the right to overturn, adjust, or nullify results due to cheating, misconduct, or error.
5. PLAYER & TEAM DISQUALIFICATION
Reasons include (but are not limited to):
Cheating
Violence or harassment
Repeated rule violations
Use of ineligible players
Submitting fraudulent results
Failing to show up
Intentional sabotage
Violating Terms or Privacy Policy
6. CONTENT OWNERSHIP & LICENSE
By posting content (photos, comments, stats, lineup selections, etc.), you grant Bar Wars:
A non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license
To display, reproduce, modify, or distribute content
For league operations, marketing, analytics, or promotional use
You retain ownership of your content.
7. SERVICE MODIFICATIONS
We may modify or update the platform at any time, including:
Rules
Features
Schedule generation logic
Notification systems
AI components
Users will be notified of significant changes.
8. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate access for:
Violations of these Terms
Misconduct
Fraudulent behavior
Unsafe or hostile actions
Users may cancel their accounts at any time.
9. DISCLAIMERS
Bar Wars is provided “AS IS” without warranties.
We are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or incidents occurring at bars or during events.
We do not guarantee accuracy of user-submitted data until verified.
Users participate at their own risk.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bar Wars is NOT liable for:
Damages resulting from gameplay
Disputes between players/teams/bars
Platform downtime
Data loss
User misconduct
Our maximum liability is limited to amounts paid (if any) for using the Service.
